セカンドシリーズ・ティーチャートレーニング

2008年から始まったティムミラーのセカンドシリーズ・ティーチャートレーニングは2年に1度の周期でエンシニータスにあるAshtanga Yoga Centerで行われています。長年に渡りティムミラーのTTをアシストしていますが、ティムミラーの英知、献身さ、そして深い愛情に触れられる事は私にとって掛け替えのない時間となります。そして改めて思う事は、これからも機会がある限り培った実践と経験を世界中のより多くの人達と共有し伝えて行きたいです。

Ashtanga Yoga Workshop in San Jose
























I'm excited to go to San Jose next month in this year again! I'm looking forward to seeing/meeting everyone who join my a week Mysore and weekend Workshop!

9/17 Saturday, 7-9:00am Yoga Chikitsa: Primary Series
Yoga Chikitsa is the Sanksrit name for the primary series and can be translated as yoga therapy. Therefore practicing this series purifies and heals the body. Atsuro will lead you full primary series using the traditional Sanskrit count with his effective therapeutic adjustment and verbal cues to deepen your practice.

9/17 Saturday, 2-4pm The Balancing Asanas: handstand, arm balance, standing balance. Enjoy to explore the balancing postures to feel steady and comfortable ("sthira sukham asanam" ) through a variety of options and an in-depth preparation in an anatomically safe way for beneficial practice. This is also your fun experience to try some of asanas from the 3rd and 4th series of Ashtanga Yoga with technical instructions and demonstration. All levels are welcome to attend.

9/18 Sunday, 7-9:00am Nadi Shodana – Intro to the Intermediate Series
The Intermediate Series, also Nadi Shodhana, works to open the energy pathways of the subtle body to increase the flow of prana. Atsuro will lead you an introduction to this second series of Ashtanga Yoga using a variety of modifications given for each posture and an in-depth preparation for some of the difficult postures.

9/18 Sunday, 2-4pm "Roots & Flying up: The Ashtanga Yoga Bandhas"
In the Ashtanga Yoga practice, Mula Bandha and Uddhiyana Bandha make steadiness to your posture and give a sense of strength and lightness. We will explore the Bandhas through breathing technique and alignment of Asanas to understand how the proper technique can take out practice to the next level. All levels are welcome to attend.

9/19-9/23 Monday thru Friday Sep 19-23rd, Mysore Style Practice 6:30-9am

Ashtanga yoga traditional practice method. Atsuro will work with you individually helping you deepen your practice. You will learn detail techniques, tips, individual proper methods, and the advice for your future practice if necessary. Atsuro's adjustments are therapeutic, effective, gentle and, guiding to the deeper level which not realize yourself.

10 Day Ashtanga Yoga Intensive in Karma Studio
